Environmental Engineering/Geological Project Mgr. (5-12 years)

Sierra Piedmont Engineers & Geologists, is seeking to retain an experienced, technically founded Account/Project Manager with energy, enthusiasm, business savvy and an unwavering ability/desire to serve clients, to join our 25 year young company. Sierra celebrates substantial team success with both F-100 and mid-size clients, nationwide across a variety of industry sectors. 

This position requires at least 5-12 years of experience, at least three of which servicing major clients.  The successful candidate will have a B.S. or M.S. in geology, engineering, or environmental science and be able to show solid examples of contributing to a client execution team while exhibiting a high degree of self-direction.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Technical experience should include Due Diligence Phase I & II, Property Condition Assessments, Spill Prevention Control & Countermeasure Plans, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans
  • Project management (fully executing scope of work from self generated proposals, ensuring field tasks meet state/federal regulations, adhering to cost and time budgets, mentoring junior associates) 
  • Client account development and relationship building
